We just loved this lodge! It's located near the border of Nicaragua, not so easy to reach (gravel road) but that's part of the deal! The rooms are very simple, screened (no glass) with outstanding and breathtaking views from the porch. The food is served at a fixed time and it's just splendid. Wonderful lodge next to one of the most dense and spectacular rainforests anywhere. Keel-billed and chestnut-mandibled toucans everywhere, as well as various parrots and other tropical birds.
