I am not sure why you would need to go to Jicaral, but you will probably need to stay in the Cabinas La Central. (The beaches are on the far side of the Nicoya Peninsula, and the roads are pretty rough, so stay closer to your beach, if beach is what you have in mind.) If you do need to... More
