upon arrival in Costa Rica, it was absolutey fabulous...the flight in and seeing everything was great. Once we went down to get our luggage is where all of our problems started. We went to the Barcelo Tambor Beach for Christmas. It was absolutely wonderful over the Christmas period. The management and staff went above and beyond to make those at the hotel feel "special" at Christmas. The Christmas Eve buffet was outstanding -- seriously, it had to be seen to be believed. We travelled with a group of 40 people for our wedding. The wedding cost ended up to be $100.00 more than quoted and I was emailing the coordinator up to the week before we left and verified the fees and was not told about the extra $$.
