I stayed at Fanny Lu's for an extened period of time...just over two months. It allowed me to live rather cheaply. Private rooms start at 3 mil colones/$6 US and don't get more that $10; $10, i think, is the cheapest you'll find any other hostel in P. Jimenez. You get access to the kitchen and fridge.
