I stayed at the Key West Inn after getting don advice from Stewart W.. I couldn't have been happier!

Room smelly and old needs lots of updating- Staff unfriendly will not accommodate anything extra . Next time we will stay 12.5 miles away in East Montgomery at the Hilton Garden Inn. Sorry Key West Inn ~ You all need to step it up to get our $$ :(

The bathroom could not have been cleaned since the previous occupant. There were a pair of dirty panties on the floor in front of the tub.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The rates were very affordable. Not a 5 star establishment by any means, but clean and affordable and the best available option in Wetumpka. Their coffee wasn't the best, the "continental breakfast" wasn't really that great. The towels weren't soft. BUT, it was clean and affordable.

We were quoted one price over the phone and when we checked in that price was not honored. We were told that the price changed last month but the previous week we were charged the correct amount.

When I made a phone reservation at a price that was arranged by our group leader, I was told to "talk to them" when I got there... that they would honor the group rate. When I arrived, they refused to honor that rate, saying that they had no way of knowing if I was a part of that group, that... More

If you like highway noise, you'll love the Key West Inn on route #231. We had the misfortune of staying there when we had plumbing problems at our house. (We live in Wetumpka.) We left after one night and went elsewhere.
