Oh dear what a shame…this place (restaurant only) interrogated us for our booking details…to such an extent that it became a favour for us to eat there $135 dollars later for a fixed menu for four (the only good piece of food was a nice slice of tuna) we left thinking to ourselves that this place is missing a trick... So the Encanta is a lovely resort...but the rooms need a little upkeeping...You are paying for where you are at...its a beautiful jungle setting with plenty of wildlife...we stayed in the casona rooms which were great but not kept up very well..they just need a little work,...the food was INCREDIBLE!!!
