I recently had the pleasure of spending a week at Girasol from 4/21 - 4/26 and we had an awesome stay. Girasol is rite next to several other beach resorts that are slightly secluded from the big casinos and we found a lot of Latin Americans and Europeans staying on that end of Jaco where it was less congested. The staff is very friendly, Philipe is the man, he'll take great care of you! Pool at your doorstep. Great long beach to take walks, warm ocean water, watch out for the big waves! Great big tree for shade, great place to get massage or do yoga. Accomodation great, was able to make all my meals with stove, refrigerator, toaster,... More
