The location of this hotel makes it ideal. Beachside dining, fabulous garden, large pool, spacious room though a little plain. It was a great place to start our vacation. We spent two nights there before heading to the mountains.

We stayed here in March for 5 nights. Overall it was good but we did have some complaints. First off in my reservation I have specified adjoining rooms and was told that was not an issue . Hotel is about 1 km from center of Tamarindo. About 20 min walk which is not easy during hot days. Swimming pool is nice, but the kids own the pool most of the day.
