We have stayed here three times when flying in/out of Liberia. It is a good budget option: basic rooms, clean, AC, near restaurants, helpful staff. It can get a little noisy because it is by the highway and a bar.

We stayed at Hotel del Aserradero in December 2011. This is an old hotel, set well back from the road and therefore quiet. My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights in mid-March 2005. We were in the area for his biology field research. This is a mid-low price range motel right off the PanAmerican Highway.
