Location of the hotel is inconvenient. You will need to take a taxi or bus to get to the nearest subway. Staff is not very helpful and there is no conceirge. We moved here after the first hotel turned out to be in the middle of nowhere. This place is next to a bunch of shops so eating out is easy. The hotel itself is a bit scruffy (in need of refurbishment) but adequate. The worst thing about it was the breakfast, which is very limited for westerners.
