The rooms at The Garden Avenue are quite nice, bathrooms clean. That is were my compliments end. There is intermittent wifi in the lobby, it will log you out within a few minutes. There is no same day service for laundry, even though on the laundry sheet states if put in by 11am will be back by 7pm the same...
