A hotel past its best. The rooms are a reasonable size, but the decorations are tired (scuffed wallpaper) and the bathrooms dingy. The carpets were grubby. I have stayed here several times, and have a VIP rate of about 500Y for a small junior suite. There is a small sitting room with desk, tea service, chairs, and then a queen-bed room with tv and adjacent bath. The bath, although nice, cannot accommodate two persons at the same time, unless one is in the shower.
