The location is in Gubei which is a district with many foreigners staying due to its close proximity to the highway, international schools and expatriates. Good Hotel, no complaints, fitted my purpose exactly. I stayed here for one night as visiting a business the following day. Clean and tidy, excellent room service and well stocked mini-bar.
