As per title: the room was big, just like the hotel lobby. The hotel was within 100 meters of the exhibition centre, so ideal for this business trip. For vacation purposes I would never stay here: the staff is absolutely not interested in helping you. They seem to be more busy talking to each other than anything else.

This is a shockingly poor hotel. Staff are dressed in old, tatty uniforms which reflect the old and tatty rooms. But not anymore. Very poor service from all staff. Very little English is spoken despite it being next to a convention center. Not enough elevators means a 5 minute wait and very crowded rides. I suggest considering the nearby Hua Ting Towers, one stars higher, another level of service. The Everbright is a titanic structure, where even marble shows cracks. My room was small, dusty and smoky. The morning buffet displayed only chinese food options. The overall sense of dated, unclean place has marked my staying.
