“The worse hotel I've ever seen”

We had a terrible staying at this place for a few days, but it was enough to make a full impression about service. Thirst of all nobody in this hotel speaks english. The room was clean and quite spacious. Good value for the room quality! However, the service was terrible! It took over an hour to finish the check out procedure which was totally unacceptable!
