This service apartment is modern and clean. View from room is spectacular, overseeing the YanAn highway, lighted in blue at night. Security is enforced by using electronic key cards to activate the lifts. The apartments are very nice, large and well equipped.

This Hotel is very well located, but unfortunately service is not a top level. In fact, apartments are designed for long-stay, as they have laundry machine, refrigerator, stove. Restaurant is under renovation, but this can not be an excuse to offer less option or decrease overall quality. I did all meals outside or bought some stuff to cook myself.

Good sized apartment but poor service... No infancy it has no service. Lift broke down and staff walked around half asleep most of the time.

We were staying here after the Casa Serena underwent renovations. We had one of the smaller one bedroom units which turned out to be well equiped, and extremely comfortable for the week. I have been here already for a few weeks and i need to move to another place to be able to sleep. the location of Ascott is good, service is good, but is impossible to sleep. there is no sound proof windows and here in Shangahi the taxi drivers and bus drivers love to horn the whole day and night.... Pros: The hotel is really well-located, the bedrooms are big and clean, 12,5m pool, gym Cons: The breakfast is really poor. I recommend having it in Xintiandi or in others hotels nearby.
