the apartment was very well laid out and was modern. Staff was average and probably does not compare to other JW brands. Comparing the room rates for similar hotel apartments, I would stay at other brands. The room rate is too high for type of service they provide. I would recommend looking at other service apartments.

Only stayed for 1 night on business trip, but could have stayed longer. I live in Manhattan the the suite I stayed in was much larger then my own apt at home. My family with 2 kids below age 5 stayed here for 4 days. The staff at the concierge were very helpful. They were also very efficient in getting taxis for us. Excellent location! We had dinner a few times in the restaurant upstairs. The Indian chef made special vegetarian meals for us. Excellent food and views from there!

We stayed in the 3 bedroom executive apartments which were fantastic with a large living room / dining table and kitchen. The 3rd bedroom has a sofa bed and is only good for small kids. Concierge was helpful and hotel is on Nanjing road which is close to the malls. Will stay here again for sure !
