“Good hotel but far”

Nothing in the neighborhood so if you go to hotel at night you eed to stay inside. There is inside a bar with some people not really busy. There is a good restaurant inside the hotel with much choice Price is good but prefer a better place then here

“Comfortable city home”

Spacious room with spectacular river views and fashionable design , detailed services are warm, garden wine house with memorial park are especially amazing and impressive , the food and spa are average but comfortable enough.

“Great place to Stay in Shanghai”

Excellent place to stay in Shanghai. I must say this is the best IC hotels I stayed. Service is outstanding, employees are great and very helpful. Room Manager, Mr. Garg was extremely helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this place.

From check-in from the interior design of the hotel's overall liked the overall sense of space and room layout and design, walkways overall environment, let me linger, I like it very much, this is my favoritestar hotel, the only regret is indoor lighting design, there is a lot to improve the space.

Really love this hotel! Luxury stay with comfy beds and selection of pillow menu! The room i had was overlooking the bund .The view is just amazing and the bathroom with really big jacuzzi ! Had a really great holiday staying here!

We stayed here for 3 nights after a cruise and we were disappointed. We had stayed at a property at Hong Kong and the comparison was stark. The 5 star rooms were as expected, but the occasional switch and phones didn't work properly. Staff training really was lacking, they were keen to please, but they lacked the skills you expect...
