We stayed 2 nights at the end of a China tour and had another two nights added on before flying home. The room was large and clean, the bed as firm as the carpet but all the beds in China we experienced were like this. (it actually worked out well for our backs). After two days we were independent travelers,... More

I was on the 7th floor and the road noise was horrible but my bed was comfortable, my parents were on the 15th floor and it was quiet but the bed was the typical hard Chinese style. I don't think anyone in China uses carpet cleaners because all hotels had really dirty (so dirty they were discolored) carpets. The breakfast... More

This room was huge with a couch and several chairs. The bathroom was very modern with both a tub and separate shower. Breakfast was good and they cooked eggs to order. Great location, but taxis were very cheap. Had 1 hour foot massage for about $20 and was awesome!!!

this was our first hotel on a tour of china, the Hotel is a little out of the way, you definately need a taxi to get to the centre of things. However it is only minutes away from the Railway station. The room was clean, all toiletries, including a toothbrush/paste/working hairdryer were provided. The bed was hard, but I had already read... More

It's been nearly a year since I stayed at this hotel. It wasn't easy to find but once you've found it, you can use the metro station next to the train station to get around the city. It's got very nice rooms and it's not affected by the noise of the train station and the expressway outside its windows. That... More

The hotel has a nice lobby, a large clean bedroom with twin beds, beds a bit hard but expected in China, small sitting area, large clean bathroom with shower and bath separate. Breakfast is definately oreintal but a huge choice so there is something for everyone. Housekeeping kept things clean. The hotel is near to the mainline station but this... More

This is a good hotel, a solid 4-star hotel! In fact we liked it better than the 5-star Howard John Plaza Hotel in central Shanghai, where we stayed at the end of our east China trip. The room appointments are beautiful, and the room size is adequate. The bed was quite firm, consistent with other hotel beds that we experienced... More

The hotel is near the train station but we did not hear any train noise, but our room was up high. Very firm bed. Expensive internet. A large hotel but the elevator service was quick. Breakfast was o.k. We were surprised that dinner menu was limited whether it be Asian or Western. We saw tour groups in other rooms that... More

Have been to this hotel twice. The first time my room was booked by the company I work, so it might have been a deluxe room or something like that. Room was very big, with nice view to the river behind the hotel. The second time a had a standard twin room, which was much smaller and looked very old... More
