IBIS is one of the hotels I frequent whenever I want a short stay. The pricing, facilities and cleanliness is acceptable. But the towels they provide are always hanging in the glass shower door. Good location, value for money, near shops and restaurants. Rooms are fine, however, there was no hot water, and the heating did not work and it is Winter time in Shanghai? Needs more management supervision and training.
