This hotel is quite good. It is not near all of the tourist places but as one of the other reviewers wrote, a quick taxi ride is all that is needed (10-15 minutes around 30RMB). Taxis station themselves right outside. Many Japanese travelers stay here and for me that says quite a bit. The owner is on hand many evenings...

The hotel was recently built and it is thoroughly modern. The rooms are well appointed with modern bathroom ammenities and flat panel TV's. I actually stayed at a 5 star in Hang Zhou that wasn't as nice as this place.
There isn't much to do around the hotel but cab rides are cheap and you can reach all the tourist...
