We are not hard to please when power driving and looking for a place to sleep but this place is smelly and nasty! We demanded our money back and ran!

Personnel efficient, courteous, and friendly. Room clean & comfortable. My two shih tzu doggies were welcome. Stay was so pleasant that I stayed there again on my return trip home.

My family and I were traveling through Mobile and were shocked to find the hotels were $100/night. We found the Quality Hotel to be reasonably priced (around $70) and VERY clean. We had a double with plenty of space. There was a little fridge and a continental breakfast included. Definitely a good deal! It was exit 13 off of I-65.

Night check in staff aloof and borderline unfriendly. Had a shirt taken from my room by cleaning staff. When reported to front desk, the reply was "Now why would anyone take a shirt out of your room?" The shirt was returned about 4 hours later, with no apology. The room is so-so.
