Absolutely the best customer service! Terry on 2nd shift is so nice and helped us navigate to the coast of Alabama. The rooms were super clean! Conventient location off the highway! I would stay again!

Maid service was RUDE. They totally ignored the DO NOT DISTURB" sign. I got an Early...RUDE wake up KNOCK on the door from room service.

Excellent staff, remembered me making the reservations, greeted me by name everytime I came downstairs, even looked up the funeral home and arraingments on the internet for me. Pros: The hotel had been newly renovated, the beds were nice and soft, it had a window seat, and a long desk by the wall, as well as a big TV and nice bathroom. Cons: The staff was rather unprofessional in appearance and the carpet looked like it hadn't quite made the renovation and had been there for 20 years.

This is a great place to stay. Front desk clerks Sherry Smith and Cathy Booker are awesome. Hats off lady to a job well done..I will stay here anytime I'm in the area. The rooms were extra clean which is always a plus.
