We found feces or blood and urine on our comforter and the duvet was filthy...fd clerk brought fresh comforter. My daughter walked around on the carpet and feet were black within minutes... It does take dogs so maybe this was only crappy because it was a "doggie" room. For $115 a night I guess I expected a bit more.

The rooms were okay, nothing fancy, no frills. Bed and bathrooms were clean. Somewhat old but acceptable for the price. TV was a bit outdated and small for these times.

This is the place to stay if you are traveling to Birmingham. The prices are reasonable, the staff is outstanding, the room was spotless and there are numerous decent places to eat within walking distance.
