We stayed in the Phoenix III over spring break. Nice decor but bathroom and kitchen floors were filthy. Nasty baseboards and corners were full of dust and hair. This was my first time staying at the Phoenix Condos. Our unit was on the 14th floor and was clean and well maintained. With a wonderful view of the gulf and plenty of room, it was just right. Will definitely stay there again!

It was absoutely great!!! We rented thru Brett/Robinson and everything was so nice....Staff was awesome and very helpful with directions. The beach was amazing and very kid friendly!!!!
