Staying at the Phoenix VII is the perfest staging area for ???? whatever you want to do. We just love the relaxation and the accomidations for Baseball stay for tournaments. We love the view and the water is excellent. i love the fishing also. Would highly recomend them for any time of the year.

We stayed in unit 7415 and all I can say is wow! Everything was so nice and looked brand new. I love Phoenix VII and I will definitely be requesting this unit again.
