Stayed over Memorial Day holiday traffic in and out of complex steady! View of gulf nice. Pool area nice.

As always, the Phoenix didn't let us down! We've been renting units through Brett/Robinson for many years--can't remember how long! There has never been a disappointment--the accommodations are always beautifully decorated and as clean as if they were freshly built just for us! Check-in couldn't be easier. I love sitting on the balcony and just listening to the waves.

We love the family atmosphere around Phoenix 8. The view from our 6th floor balcony was perfect. This building is smaller than other Phoenix resorts and we enjoy the smaller crowds around the pool and beach area. Parking is easy, walking to the beach is easy, and the elevators always seem ready to go up or down.
