Clean, well furnished,great location, friendly staff. Check in and check out are quick. Family activity options including tennis and racquetball. They have enough elevators and they're fast too. Great place to stay!

We had a great time at the Phoenix Hotel. The service was good and the beach and the pool were beautiful. All the rooms face the gulf of Mexico which was awesome way to enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail. The kids loved the time they spent here. We would definitely return.

We had a 2 bed room condo. Each room had its own bathroom. The kitchen, dining and living area were beautiful. The view to the ocean was absolutely gorgeous. I have no complaints for the condo. We have stayed 2 other times in this same condo complex. This is our 3rd time coming back

We checked in a couple of days after Christmas and stayed through New Years. We have stayed at the resort a few times before. It is always clean and well maintained and the staff are very friendly. We enjoyed the trip and will visit again.

Overall, these are excellent apartments! Everything is clean and through my balcony you could see the Gulf of Mexico and the beach.
