This guest book their reservation through a 3 rd party (i.e. Orbitz, Travelocity, etc) a were not informed or did not read all of the rental policies at the time of reservation. They had the opportunity to contact the party they made the reservation through to get their money returned. We have been in business since 1987 and 70% of...
