My Victorian Bed and Breakfast is located in downtown Mobile...perfect for walking just about everywhere you would like to go. We felt very safe walking all over downtown Mobile both day and night. We saw very little of the Innkeepers, Naomi and Jim, as they were taking a trip of their own this particular weekend; however, their friend JC assisted... More

The inn is nicely located in the historic district right on a free tourist bus line that circles the area. However, the owners have two dogs on site and anyone with allergies to pet dander would find the main floor intolerable. The dogs, one of which is a St. Bernard, has unfettered access to the kitchen which during food prep... More

My wife & I have talked about staying at a B&B for years and have never had the chance - till now. I was looking to surprise my wife with a small weekend break and I hopped online to see what I could find. Wanted something that was only a few hours away, and I came across My Victorian B&B... More

My wife and i just stayed here on 11 july 2009 and loved it ! We chose the Serenade Room and were very happy .The inn keeper was very attentive and polite . Location was great too . The area is a beautiful old southern neighborhood like we have back here in New Orleans . We will surely return ! More

Thank you again for our stay this past Saturday! Lindsay and I found your beautiful B&B so relaxing and enjoyable. As soon as we walked through the front door, and you greeted us, all of our stresses disappeared. It was just what was needed after the full day we had. Your cooking is wonderful and I loved the bath! Lindsay... More

I booked a two night stay at My Victorian Bed and Breakfast after doing some internet research of the Mobile area. It's centrally located in the historic downtown area and is a great staging area for visiting downtown museums and shops, Bellingrath gardens, Dauphine Island beaches, and other attractions in the area. The virtual tour of the B&B allowed me... More

The owners, particularly Naomi, were friendly and ammenable. However, we found the house needing some major upkeep and repairs. The porch door knob was broken; the bathroom door would not close all the way; the bathroom had no air circulating unit so the mirrors would fog. Moreover, there were discarded paint cans, an abandoned typewriter, and old, watered-on cigarette butts... More

In this business, feedback is truly a gift. We have spent the last 3 years learning from our guests. We can’t say that we get it right 100% of the time, but the vast majority of our reviews would indicate that we get it right most of the time. What I know for sure is that we truly have a... More

A standard hotel near an interstate highway can provide a clean bed and a continental breakfast, but a locally owned bed and breakfast provides so much more. MY Victorian B&B in Mobile, Alabama was delightful, even in August. A beautifully restored historic home, charming hosts, and a breakfast so delicious I went home inspired experiment in my own kitchen. All... More

We made a reservation three weeks before our scheduled one-night stay . . . one of us had to go, unexpectedly, on business to Houston instead of taking this quick golf trip to Mobile . . . we called a week ahead of our arrival (as soon as we learned about the Houston trip) to cancel and were told we... Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, It took two years! Finally a bad review! I was having a hard time convincing my friends, not to mention my colleagues that I was not the one writing all these glowing reviews that they read about MY Victorian Bed and Breakfast. It has been two long years since we opened our doors; we... More

Without question the MY Victorian Bed and Breakfast was the loveliest B&B that we have seen. Only 5 guest rooms, but each one was just beautiful. The beds are luxuriosly comfortable, with feather bed mattress pads and loads of pillows. Every where we looked were charming surprises including delightful art , decorative candles, very nice period furniture and a claw... More
