This is an upscale HI property. Rooms are luxurious, well-appointed, with super bathroom. Breakfast at Es sense is excellent, with a wide variety of choices. Main restaurant (Italian) is superb. Staff are attentive and efficient. Free shaded parking is a nice touch. Location is very convenient for exploring historical Melaka.

Unprecedented high level of service. Amazing view on sea facing side. I was on the 18th floor. Only two issues: the room safe did not work and there was no cooked breakfast. The store make me feel like a VIP. Great experience to be recommended. As for the pool it's just amazing

For us, this hotel is synonymous with Melaka and home. Kids simply go crazy each time we visit. It's modern, clean, cosy, comfortable, and almost all you'll want for a city hotel. Buffet spread is simply sumptuous and staff are friendly and attentive. Swimming pool is nice and lots of parking with security too. Definitely our choice.
