The hotel has a perfect location with about 10 minutes drive to shopping area and tourist spot. Room is clean and quite huge, but the bathroom is not that clean and looks old. Extremely disappointed with this hotel. Dirty, old, smelly, small TV, broken shower, dirty black carpet, loose windows, dim lighting, no fridge and the list goes on. Never I would recommend to anyone on this planet. Please do not get deceive by the room pictures on the hotel's official website as it is totally different in reality.

Great Hotel, towers above the city and provides a wonderful birds eyeview. Good restaurant too. Has good rooms. City transport is not great in malacca so to see around you will need to get a cab. Great place to see from a historic point

Hotel might need some refurbishment particularly for the carpet because it looks old and smelly. Don't expect too much for breakfast...not hotel standard.. Have plenty car parks outdoor but not properly maintained. The rest of the facilities ok ~
