Very nicely maintained small property ... very hospitable staff... the best part being, a small 30 - 40 cover restaurant, over looking busy calangute - baga road... superb time spent having fish n chips & sipping beer... small but very clean pool... stayed there twice in this year, gud fun always... cheers! more

Its a very cheap hotel to stay in and certainly worth the money. We were a couple and paid around Rs 1800 per room.

Its a sister hotel of the famous Roil Beach Resort and shares the boundary wall with that hotel.

The best part about this hotel is its location.. its 5 mins walk from Titos disco/club, Baga beach and 10 mins from Calangute beach.

I certainly recommend this hotel if you are staying more outdoors than indoors in Goa. more
