on an average an ok ok resort 2 stay in calangute...problem wid hot water...location wise vry nice....close to beach ...room rates are also affordable.....might visit nxt tym...

rooms are good but only to sleep at night. bathrooms are quite filthy. a/cs not in good condition. very bad food at restaurant. swim pool good and clean. staff is okk. room service is also not very great. pls do not eat at thier restaurant.

I travelled with my wife in feb2011 the location of the hotel is excellect staff of the hotel is friendly we enjoyed our stay in hotel, hotel was clean we have no problem at all. If you want any thing you have to tell the reception.Overall for value of your money its good.

resort is good with all the facilites ...hotel staff are not suppotive at all. otherwie the location of the hotle and cleanness of the hotel was really gr8 at that time
