The location of the place was excellent and the owner was helpful and made us feel very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and the breakfast was great. I booked the hotel in the peak season of December, 2009, after seeing it in a travel book. The room rates were reasonable considering the peak tourist season. I stayed in this hotel for three days, and it was a really good budget hotel. It was a minute's walk from Calangute Beach, and a minute's walk got me to the Calangute Market.
