Best hotel, best location, near to beach, near to market , hotel staff is very cooperative ,opp to beach

I book the resort after seeing its location online thinking it will be good experience since it was showing very near to the beach .But the experience was really bad .I landed in Goa late in the evening .Receptionist quickly allocated the room ,now when I was trying to carry my luggage to the room there was not enough passage... More
