Seriously, the people at reception were absolutely lovely and the people at the. restaurant/bar were great too! Given this was the second place I stayed in in Goa, I'm telling you it was quite good in comparison to other options! I loved it all things considered. Trust me on this! Tracy - Aussie.

they give preference to non indian customers...the reception guy is very bad.. passing comment to even old ladies.. they can do cancellation of ur ticket any time..without ur information.. they are not accepting any proof for ur hotel booking... they are not going to help u if u r in trouble..so beware of this.. type of cheatings...think 100 times before...
