Found this place to be a little gem... No hassles, cheap and their pool is very clean!

We stayed in this hotel from 10th Nov to 13th Nov, 2011. We have visited Goa for 8 times in last eight years and never have felt so miserable having chosen a hotel like this.The ambiance, the furnitures, facilities nothing is of any standard and not suitable for family. The so called contiunental breakfast consist of 3 toasts and butter and jam served in your room with ready made tea or coffee.There is no restaurant to talk about-- only a few tables around a mini swimming pool.
The staff, as usual, are polite and courteous, but hardly can do anything to improve.
Location is good, cloise to beach, but the passage is dirty and full of sands.
It was an aweful experience staying in this hotel.
