This is more of a lodge than a "resort" as advertised The attitude of the some of the staff was quite unfriendly. very average hotel. Hotel rooms were stinking badly and the complementary breakfast was just horible

Its a nice Budget Resort, 10 Mints walking distance to Calangute beach.. Likes about the resort. 1) Silent 2) Very friendly and helpful Staff 3) Tasty food.4) Best Value(MONEY) Hotel staff are nice but littlle lazy. In short its a nice place to spend ur holiday. I will surely visit it again.

This Hotel is Excellent. Located by half n Km to Callangute Beach, Goa. I use to recommend everybody to get Stay at this Hotel, atleat once. The Royal Heritage is located at a small distance from the most popular tourist beach in goa i.e. Calangut. The Hotel staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and most rooms have bath tub. Its a good deal for the pice paid.
