Booked a room here via AAA website. Website had no indication of pet prohibition. When I tried to check in with family, learned of the policy. No attempt made by hotel management, Baymont, or AAA website (operated by Travelocity; beware!) to refund my charge--shameful. I will continue to fight this injustice.
