The room was large, clean and tv was awesome! The staff wasn't as helpful as you would hope they would be at a Hyatt. The breakfast wasn't what I expected and ham sandwich from downstairs was $9! Overall, it was a good stay and would definetely stay here again with the discount I received from hotwire.

We required shuttle service several times during our 3 day business trip, each time we needed it, there they were right on time and with a smile on their face! The staff was very helpful in making sure our stay was enjoyable.

New. Everything as it should be. Free Internet which is different from upscale Marriott hotels. Complimentary breakfast very limited and could be skipped.

Nice hotel with very modern features and great hitech IT. Staff was friendly and very inviting. A/C was loud and squeaky. Maintenance could not fix it while we were in the room so we had to deal with it overnight. upside is we really liked the room and hung out in it more than we usually would.
