Was OK this time. Room wasn't super clean. Moldy shower curtain, had to wipe out fridge..spilled drink & crumbs left in there. No sheets left for sofa bed so someone had to sleep in recliner. Won't be staying again.

Stayed in 212a. Very nice unit for two with updated kitchen an bath. Two large wall TVs. Internet was only good in lobby area. Gssr is a nice place with several amenities as this is our 2nd time to stay here but in different units

Had a great stay! Place was clean and homey. Kathy and Brian were great! Very helpful and great service during our stay. Would recommend staying with them when in Gulf Shores. (Second visit staying with them)

If I were to rate this condo for value alone it would be a five. We stayed in a clean, updated decor, well maintained one bedroom condo. This property has been here for awhile. The grounds are kept very clean and well maintained. The front office staff is nice. As for the condos, I agree with the other reviews: Some are nice, some are not. You must walk across the street to get to the beach, but this far down the parkway, there isn't much traffic. Nice... Depending on which unit you rent, your experience will vary. Ours was fine but others in the family were worse. Two families dominated the pool area and were loud and obnoxious until midnight. We stayed at this property and loved the condo we stayed in as well as the entire atmosphere. Great security on site overseeing the property. Loved using the grills by the pool to cook.
