First (and most important) let me point out that all of these units are individually owned. So the experience from unit to unit will probably be different. Youngs (and others) only rent the units. Chris BaileyWell let's just say, this is absolutely the nastiest condo in 25 years of coming to the beach. The balcony table and chairs are black, there appears to be a mold like substance in several places of our condo, the refrigerator has rust all down the side, the air filter is caked and log says last changed in 2006.... Stayed at the Seacrest by leasing through Young's Seacoast. The second day of a three day trip the person above us started tearing out their tile floor with jackhammers. Seacrest accomodations were great for the price. Condo had great views of the beach and was centrally located to attractions, food, and shopping.
