Grand Beach is an affordable option for a beach trip. The condos we stayed in was managed by a local real estate company. The pool and hot tub are nice. The Grand Beach condo was very clean and just as described on the Meyers Real Estate web site. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
