This hotel was excellent. The staff was very personable and made you feel like family. I am glad that I stayed at this hotel. For a some town, this was definitely an excellent pick. It is close to downtown Florence, the university, shops, and restaurants.

Stayed here for two nights. Clean, quiet and just what I needed. The staff was always friendly and everything went smoothly. Location was convenient, but restaurants weren't close. View out my window of the old bridge and the bluffs was nice.

We were here this weekend for our daughter's graduation for UNA. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. After arriving back home, I discovered I had left my Nook in the room. I called and it had been turned into the front desk. I'm so appreciative!

The location in downtown Florence was close to the University of North Alabama campus and to several excellent restaurants. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times since our Son and his family moved to Florence. We have always been satisfied with our room and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Because of our positive experience, we search out Hampton Inns whenever we travel.

I was here for a business trip and the front desk staff was excellent in accomodating my needs! The room and service we received was well worth the price we paid which was the government rate at that time. The hotel is very clean and there were several hot options for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.
