A friend of mine recommended this hotel to me. I stayed there on two nights 16th and 18th April, 2012. I found the experience was indeed happy. Rooms were clean and well maintained, even though small (understandable as it is on a boat) Food was good too. If you are planning to stay here go ahead.

Statying at Floatel is like staying at the Ganges... Its a good experience.. It feels like sailing on a ship at The Ganges... The high tides at night is surely a good thing to watch... Food is not that good, just kind of manageable... But its a good experience out of the busy and crowdycity of kolkata.
