I stayed here only because all other decent hotels were full. Its located in a narrow alley of Rippon street. Difficult approach and one-way traffic in the area make it very tough to trace the hotel. It is one of the cheap htel in Kolkata but the location of it is awesome & premium. All the pub, bar , disc , Victoria are very nearer to the place. But the room service is very poor.

Got this hotel booked by my office travel desk. The rooms were well furnished with a small sitting lounge and mini bar. The bedding and toilets were very neat and clean. The room service was quick and gentle. Non-veg servings specially fish were awesome in terms of both quality and prepration.

The hotel rooms are not clean. The bathrooms are terrible and slippery. The air conditioner do not work properly. The staffs are not helpful.
