This is a small business hotel, with just the basic amenities for a business traveler. It's location is an advantage as it is located in the heart of the city. I have chosen the hotel due to it's locality but it was frustrating to see of the room size 8x8. There is no space for single chair, luggage and TV. The bed is very compact. Bathroom was so small that physical movement is highly restricted. Only one towel for a double bedroom, additional one given only on demand. Courteous staff.... more

This is one of the most pathetic hotels I have ever stayed in. In short its cellular jail kind of rooms with such a small corridor and small rooms with unimaginably small bathrooms make it choky. Lifts are dangerous they may start and stop a foot above or below the surface. Feels very claustrophobic and nasty. Delhi Guy more

I stayed in this hotel and had a very unpleasent experience, There was unseasonal rain for a couple of hours and when i went to the reception it was flooded with sewage water!!! After that i checked out immidete;y and didnt want to come back. Dirty rooms, bad service and i am sure somebody fliked my zippo from the room.... more

Stayed at hotel for 1 night initially and left luggage with them on our way to Darjeeling. Returned and stayed another 4 nights.On the first visit we booked a deluxe room but it was very small and cramped for us 2adults and 1 child. They put us in a suite which I felt was overpriced, 1970 Rupees plusa 20% Tax.... more
