The hotel has very dirty rooms with cockroaches. Even the bathrooms are dirty. The customer service is good though, and the food is decent. However, who wants to stay in an unhygienic place?
It is certainly much worse than other hotels of comparable tariffs. The tariff is high because of the dancing bar in the hotel, but not suitable to people who are not interested.

Hotel Rooms are good , Resturant and Room-Service facility also is ok .
Hotel situated neer to Airport, very good for people visiting kolkata for businees or office work, as it is situated at VIP road coninient and Fast to commute at any place from here.
Tha hotel restutrant have dining as well as Bar facility also. They also provide Car pool & Tour service facility also.
Hotel is very good for Business people as well as couples as one of the famous waterpark "Aquatika" is situated near to it.
Food, drink and Room charges are reasonable.
One can visit to "Swabhumi" the Culutural Hub & a Family hang-out place near to it.
