Very Good location, budget hotel. Shohag Bus to Dhaka is just opposite side of the hotel and green line bus to Dhaka is 3 min walk. New market is 5 min walk. But you can't expect much from it. AC rooms are clean but others are not so.

You get what you pay for, the staff is helpful and friendly. It was a little difficult to find because the main entrance is on a first floor on the side of the building (wich looks terrible on the outside) but the location is great with awesome street food.
